"I've ever experienced the worst customer service! My order was never taken over by Door Dash and was told that it was not Zupa's responsibility to contact Door Dash. The catering manager was extremely rude, would not get the shop manager to talk to me, mocked me and then continued to call me a hole. Absolutely no apology that I had to pick up my own delivery order 30 minutes after waiting. As soon as I spoke to the business manager, she has refunded the shipping costs, the tip and a salad."

"When checking into hotel I received my room and immediately I needed to use the restroom. Upon entering the restroom I noticed right away that the door did not close this was a huge issue already because my daughter is 14 months. she likes to put her hands where they don’t belong. Then I noticed the light in the bathroom was flickering uncontrollably basically giving me a seizure, then my daughter was running around and the carpet was uneven so she tripped. We went downstairs and asked for a different room and they accommodated us. However this room was on the same floor but it was all the way down on the opposite end so we had to carry our luggage all the way to the opposite end. I went to go take a shower and noticed that there is only one set of towels we have three people in a room. I go to the Front desk and ask for towels and I saw nobody for about 10 minutes then on arrival I told the lady with some of the issues and she looked at me kind of it was like that can’t be well yes it actually can I’m not lying the customer is supposed to always be right I work in customer service I do not like complainin"

"Someone should erect this place and build a chic-fil-A. or so. they do a service to the community and expose it out of his misery. it is not only understated, it is dangerously understated with children who have no idea what they do. the inner is dirty. Do not take their children here if they appreciate their health. not sure what happens during / after COVID property change obviously and personal collapses and someone mistaken shift to automated ordering over kiosk - but whatever it was, this place is now a danger. the situation is far too valuable, although this situation is to be stopped. before someone really gets hurt, the village has to stage an intervention. please."

"My wife and I came here, and really enjoyed the Mediterranean sandwich. I was a bit disappointed that there was no non-flavored filter coffee available. Not sure if that was the day we went or if that's normal. Update to say: Looks like there was just a communication issue, and there are in fact multiple non-flavored single origin coffees available. Looking forward to trying some next time I'm in town!"
