"A little jewel and a surprise. tiny but authentic, cheap and very hospitable Thai family cooking, enhanced by one or two Malay dishes, such as the excellent laksa, a fragrant, cocos milk and noodle dish, with huhn, tofu, and all kinds of sweet and seasoned. there are no common economics that are recorded by established and several Thai groups, e.g. the replacement of the green and pea aubergines, which is essential for the green curry with the European sort. the family amaranth flies their products in every week from their farm to house. "Nice acceptable Chinese restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The dishes are pretty standard and the menu is extensive. The grilled fish was a good option. Wine and beer are also available. £72 for two eating dinner is a little pricey though."

"Poor "Ordered a delivery via Deliveroo. Hot Sour Soup, 1/4 Crispy Duck Meat Spring Rolls. Delivery came in the stated time then it went down hill. Opened bag (1) No Hot Sour Soup, (2) No 1/4 Duck, (3) Spring Rolls Burnt. I contacted China Magic and told them about the lack of content. I was told that they had no 1/4 Duck (I find this unbelieveable for a chinese restaurant). I mentioned the missing soup and they told me to check the bag, I did but it had not magically appeared. I was then told to go to Deliveroo for a refund. Shocking experience, poor customer service by the restaurant who should not have taken the order if they did not have the food ordered. Pity when you are trying to support local businesses"

"Ordered shredded crispy chilli beef, boiled rice and chilli squid via uber eats 24/06/2021 Deliver took 35mins. The Crispy beef was more fried batter and hardly any beef. Soo disappointed, definitely wouldn't order from them again."

"I booked the upstairs room for a private party of 30 in December 2019. Thanks to the organisation by the manager Natalie and the other members of her team it was a great success. Everyone was very helpful. The room looked lovely with Christmas lights and the tables arranged round the side of the room, with the disco set up in the window alcove. Several of the guests commented on it. There was no need for any extra decorations. I agreed with Natalie that we would have drinks organised for upstairs with sparkling,red and white wine and discussed the number of bottles in advance that might be required. I was given a member of staff for the evening to take orders for soft drinks( there were some underage teens in the party) and for beer and lager from the bar and also to help with the wine. This worked really well as everyone stayed in the room and added to the atmosphere. I was kept updated discreetly by Sophia who stayed with us for the evening, as to how the wine was going and how the bar tab was going which gave me the control of when to close it. Originally I was not happy with the buffet menu choice and asked if I could have something different. I was introduced to the lovely Thai lady called Nok who does the cooking who suggested I looked through the take away menu and then we could put together a suitable menu and she would price it per head, which is what we did. It was very reasonably priced and the food was delicious and catered for vegetarians as well. She came to help serve as well with another member of her staff. It was all very well organised and the evening went with out a hitch. It was a great place to have a birthday party and I would certainly recommend the Foresters. A huge thank you to everyone who was involved."
