"Wenn die Sonne scheint und der Spargel lost, dann wollen ALLE in die Strausse. Leider - ich auch. Und denn wird es voll - was im Griestal noch ganz gut akkommodiert werden kann, weil viele auf der Wiese vor dem Hof lagern. Drum herum viel Blech (denn fast keiner kommt per Pedes oder Fahrrad), Kinder kann man bei dem vielen Verkehr auch nur eingeschränkt "Freilassen".. So weit zum Rahmen. Auf die Holztische oder Fässer kommt die übliche Kost - saisonal Spargel. Leider ist die durchaus üppige Portion Spargel mehr als well done. Nämlich ziemlich matschig. Schade. Auch der Flammkuchen wirkt arg künstlich (sprich Herkunft Frost). Beim Teller mit paniertem Spargel ist das grün-weisse Spargelgemüse auch völlig verkocht und der tannierte Teil recht übersichtlich. Also essenstechnisch eher mau. Service ist trotz full house zügig und nett. Preise eigentlich ok, aber bzgl. Preis-Leistung gerade noch befriedigend (leider gibt es die Note Ausreichend bei TA nicht..). Fazit: Die guten alten Straussenzeiten sind (lange) vorbei - man machts der Erinnerung halber und weil es nah an Freiburg liegt. Besser läßt man es aber zukünftig sein... Schade"
