"I placed a pickup order online and they were quick and the food was super fresh tasting and delicious! The spicy salmon was so creamy and not overly spicy. The biggest tell for me was the genuine pickled ginger!! Not that dyed stuff you see in most places, this was actual ginger. Which sounds strange but is very rare to find…. Would definitely go here again :"

"Stayed at the holiday Inn next door and saw their sign advertising grand opening on a Monday evening. Went in at 8 pm - maybe 4-5 tables of patrons seated. I stood at the entrance for 10 min while the two wait staff glanced at me from time to time. Was eventually seated and again had to wait for menu. Drink was brought promptly but had to wait further for order. 3 appetizers and 3 sushi rolls ordered - 20 min to receive. Finished and waited for server to return. attempted to get them to stop several times - took 15 min and then ordered a small app rib, miso soup. Soup promptly delivered but after 20 min the ribs never showed up. Server Tate's they had turned off their cooker for the ribs and would be unavailable. Left at 9:30 and was stunned by the lack of service. Have never seen such a lack of disregard for a customer. All you can eat is a great marketing scheme when they only attend your table once every 30 min. This restaurant will not survive - food was ok, service was worst ever experienced - have never left a poor review for an establishment until now."

"We once craved sushi and thought of trying this place. We paid about $80 for two people eating sushi in the family this covered three rolls and two soups. The sushi is falling apart and very huge portion. The sea food soup had those frozen uncooked sea food mix some canned soup and tasted aweful. We will never go back to this place."

"Often, when I look with family and friends, I recommend that we go to My Thai Palace. I'm really glad they also have a location in North Bay. The service is always friendly and helpful. Because they do not serve vegan options, and oyster sauce be sure to ask the very friendly staff to have your meal made vegan. You have a special menu at both Sudbury locations that can and cannot be made vegan. The coconut sticky rice is amazing. It is nice to know in Sudbury you have vegan options that are not hummus. I recommend the tamarind tofu if you want something sweet, and the basil tofu if you want something savory."
