"If I could, I would give this place 10/5 stars. I'm not really a fan of Chinese food, but my mother loves it so that we get it often and from many different places. China Star was a bit out of the way, but based on the reviews we stopped. BEST CHINESE ICHVE EVER HAD, HANDS DOWN. Nothing was greasy, the rice was perfect, the fried rice was tasteful and had small pieces of pigs in that it stepped up. I have the shrimps in lobster sauce, because for me the true test of good Chinese is how they make their seafood dishes. It was so good that I wanted to lick my plate clean! And it doesn't smell overfishing. The white rice was fluffy and cooked for perfection. The hot and acid soup was beautiful, rich and spicy. My mom had the lo and they enjoyed it. The noodles were flat, which was a nice change from the cheap round almost orange from most places. Her egg roll was perfect. My son had the solitary chicken and it was perfect, no huge pieces and the meat was not fried in oblivion. I was excited to see that the egg drop soup was not neon yellow like most places. It had a large amount of egg and the taste was tender and salty. We also got broccoli with chicken, a nice basic dish with the perfect amount of sauce and perfectly boiled broccoli. I'll be here every time I bless Chinese food."

"My husband and I have spent so much money at Blue, you won?t even believe it. We came here for the first time on Valentine?s Day 3 years ago. It continues to be our favorite date night and happy hour Sunday spot. "Everything I tasted was overcooked the rice was so sticky and gummy it was nasty the stuffed mushrooms were burnt the crab rangoon was not hardly stuffed at all with anything. I stood at my table for a long time trying to get ahold of my waitress with my bill in my hand to pay so I can get out of there it was the worst experience I've ever had at any Chinese restaurant I've been to and I have been to a lot. The decorations of the restaurant it reminds me of being in a school cafeteria no decorations except for when you first walk in the door it was just a major Plain Jane cafeteria look. I definitely would not recommend that restaurant for anybody even people I don't like."
