As during our first visit we stressed a small problem with potatoes purée, the top chef took immediately corrective measures and as we came, full of enthusiasm, back the next evening, the purée was replaced by an outstanding rösti. Very tasty and innovative initiative and our great bravo to the top chef. With its excellent food, friendly service and wines-related approach – selection, tasting and pricing - this restaurant is a must and deserves great future."
