"Manaia is always consistently great. Their breakfast croissants and burritos have flavorful combinations and I reccommend the spicy breakfast burrito with pork. I like my coffee black most of the time, if nothing else, to see the quality of the beans and roast. Manaia's dark roast is really smoothe and some of the best I have had in the area. My wife loves their other drinks as well. I visit family from E. Washington often and I always treat myself and others to Manaia!"

"This place is right across my work. I had been there before for their buffet that used to have both Indian dishes pizza (with toppings like chicken tikka) but they stopped doing that because of Covid. Now that I work close by, I have visited the place a few times. I usually order their non-veg platter which has a meat curry, a vegetarian curry, lentils , rice and nan bread. The food tastes good and the service is great too. I will definitely be going there for lunch again."

My hands down go to is the Pozole with roasted pork. Today a swayed from the norm and ordered the loco Boruto with Asada Al pastor.it was the size of my leg OMG. "Had the Bentobox. The portions were generous. Baked items made a bit heavy, probably because the oil has to change. Sushi rice was overcooked and was too sticky. His taste was also a bit bland. Also got a combo sushi plate to share. Sashimi wasn't too bad. Service was great. The staff was friendly. As a sushi joint, I would have this average compared to other places I have been in Portland. Prices are quite reasonable which are in line with the quality delivered."
