"The Michelin star restaurant at the Koh-I Nor hotel is amazing. There is a large terrace with a superb view of Val Thorens. Staff are friendly, informative and extremely polite. The interior has the atmosphere of a small wood, with pine apples and lacks to decorate the tables and even the cheese tray. I had dinner on the mountain tasting menu at the table that was excellent; from a mouth of lover, golden homemade breads and the option of a special. The snails and duck were perfectly cooked and very tasty. I recommend dessert for blueberries that consist of two parts. Staff can also help you combine wine with your meal. I dined on the table-top mountain tasting menu that was excellent; from an amusing mouth, rolls of bread with homemade butter and the option of an aperitif. The snails and duck were perfectly cooked and very tasty. I recommend the desert of blueberry blown that comes in two parts. Staff can also help you pair the wine with your meal. Especially for service and taste, it is very reasonably expensive for a Michelin restaurant."

"En lisant les avis je suis un peu surpris car lors de notre passage c'était bien. Mais il faut dire aussi que nous y sommes passés au tout début décembre et que ce n'était vraiment pas l'affluence. Je n'ai rien à dire sur la qualité de la nourriture. Tout m'a paru frais. Mais en regardant le plat du jour de mes voisins, je n'ai pas été très emballé. Ça m'avait l'air d'être du plat tout droit sorti de chez Davigel. Le service est agréable mais sans plus. Je n'ose pas imaginer en période de forte fréquentation. Le strict minimum pour ce restaurant pourtant bien placé. Il est fort possible que je n'y retourne pas."
