"We enjoyed dinner here one Sunday evening recently.The restaurant had only been open for a month or two after a major renovation and conversion from a pizzeria into a German restaurant, specialising in local dishes and local ingredients. The food was very good, and would have been excellent (to our tastes) if the chef had gone a bit easier on the salt. The restaurant is tucked away next to the start of the path up the Gaistal valley which starts between Schroders and the Villa Lina next door. We shall be back."

"We were once in old Sweden last summer, the service power had a Dutch accent and really made a great effort. The restaurant is located on the edge of Bad Herrenalb, but you have good parking. Here you are served ready meals, but the real reason why you should visit old Sweden is the hot stone. You can choose between different raw dishes, with meat and vegetables, very vegetarian, or even with fish. You will then choose a supplement............. They are written, the ingredients are raw on the table, and there is a hot stone plate on which you burn the meat directly. It's a super social thing with friends. The seats are cozy inside and outside."

"I stayed at this place as I was 15 minutes to a cure in a sick house. they have a nice location to say, they need to have a car to move this opposite, beautiful room, a bit old, but still comfortable, balcony. direction forest, very good restaurant with regional authentic eating. I do not drink alcohol, but for those who do, the place is known to have excellent weine and whisky and the personal is well trained in terms of history and taste. negatiw: if they need a car, wifi is not available in all rooms and not really capable enough (but if they are looking for a natural curse, they can survive without)"
