"We went to La Meson specifically to enjoy live music from The Brady Bunch and had booked a table for dinner. This event had been advertised online and also on Costa Calida radio, even on the Saturday afternoon itself. However, on arrival at the restaurant there were no signs of any band equipment, or any other people even. On asking the waitress, we were told that the music would be starting at 11pm, so we ordered our meals. The food was not good my wife's scampi was soft and soggy and the wine awful. My chilli con carne was OK, but they had run out of rice and so served it with chips! Should also have come with nachos and cheese, but it didn't. All in all, very disappointing. Oh yes . . . we then found out that the band had been cancelled by the management! Definitely won't be going there again."
