"This is the kind of experience you have when you want somewhere really special to celebrate. The cuisine is unlike anything we have had before being modern French with a Japanese influence. We chose the 5 course menu with the Premium wine and sake selection. All of the food was excellent but the Duck breast, cumquat, parfait, dukkah and witlof was a standout. The squid ink butter was a surprise. The service was exceptional and the tableware itself a conversation piece. While the wine and sake package was very expensive, we certainly could not have indulged in 3 great wines and 3 very different sakes without it."

"Absolutely delicious hot chocolate, one of the best I’ve had. Got the milk chocolate with cinnamon, was brought out with a perfectly roasted giant marshmallow and she even made a bit extra with a shot glass so my partner could try. The flavour was well rounded and spiced nicely. Would highly recommend a visit to this quaint place for a cuppa hot choccy if you’re passing through."

"We ate here on a Saturday night specifically because they had a jazz quartet playing that night in the bar area. Dinner was good but not excellent. My husband had the beef which was so fun of sinew it was almost impossible to eat, however the flavours were fantastic. We also saw other tables who ordered the beef struggling with the toughness of the meat. My dish was much better. The service was excellent, the wait staff friendly and welcoming. The two owners were great fun, and very friendly, making sure everyone felt welcomed when they walked in.The jazz quartet was really great fun. Many locals had gathered in the bar area to listen to the music and we met and chatted to a few. Overall the night was great, it is just a pu=ity the meat was a tough."

"I honestly don't even know where to start this evaluation. from beginning to end, the experience was amazing, the love to detail was an absolute must. each dish was carefully crafted and underlined on the menu, but delivered with many pulsating and exciting aromes, with the fact that each glass of the sake were paired in wise served to strengthen their aromes and tones. everything I write here would not be enough to meet this restaurant, you need to check it yourself. aaron risa and the rest of the amazing team in kadota, we cannot thank them enough for the experience. dietary restrictions: shelters for nutritional needs are not only met with the quality of the feeds, but surpassed."
