"Service wasn't great, we sat at a table for a long time before we were even asked if we wanted coffee. It was frustrating because others who came well after us were served. Breakfast was okay, nothing exciting here very easy. We found it very expensive for the 3 of us to eat breakfast. We were also very surprised that the coffee was extra."

"We thought today in the subway in carleton place was a late lunch during an afternoon cyclo-cassor from kanata to carleton place and back. we had both veggie subs with falafel on honey heifer brot and they were delicious. the restaurant has tables, stands and tables in cafe style. we have the remaining severL times and the subs are always great."

"Always such a pleasant experience here, wether it's an in-dining experience or take out, the food is just incredible. It is a small restaurant, but I think that adds to the charm of eating here. "I love this place and when I meet friends Baker Bob's is always my first choice. I can go there with friends or just by myself which I do often sit on the bar stools at the huge front window and watch folks go by in the sleepy town of Almonte. My favorite is the Spinach filled pasty and the tea biscuits. Goods are baked fresh every single day and there is a big selection set out on the table for you to pick and chose with a fresh coffee to go with it. Prices are more than reasonable and feels like you are just sitting at home. That is how great this spot its. If you go and don't feel welcomed let me know and I will come and buy you your next coffee there. I don't expect to hear from anyone at all but that offer is good."
