"Visited this restaurant for dinner and had a 5 star food experience. The little restaurant on the first floor of the building specialises in local cuisine and sea food and it was delightful. The lady who runs it was very welcoming and walked through the menu and we did get the best dishes for the day. The rabbit was the best dish in my opinion and the fish soup was amazing too. The 3 course option is very good as well however we decided to go a-la-carte and have a few different dishes. Pricing is a bit high comparably but its worth what you spend. Highly recommended if you're in Mellieha."

"Easy booking, good location with bay view, friendly and effective service but not so available. Good selection of good tasting drinks but every white wine bottle was too warm. Great food experience but had to wait ages (very, very long) for the main course (possibly due to a larger party in the garden). "Hotel is definitely not a 4 star today. Much more like a 2/3 star or a Hostel. All hotel needs a good refurbishment not as in it's photos online. Hotel was full of English school students who kept singing till midnight in the balconies and shouting in the corridors till 4am and no-one stopped them. No kettle was available in the room. AC needed maintenance. We came back to our room just to find that our key was defective and it didn't lock the room door. Room floor was filthy. Food was ok. Not enough umbrellas near the pool. Indoor pool was colder than the outdoor one. Sauna not working. Not so friendly staff. Thumbs up for the blond lady at the reception. Not worth the money."
