"We had a wonderful dimming in neptune. they make a temperature control on the door while they arrive and there are also hand antler available. After they have released the temperature check, they go to the entry where they are directed on their table. all. stockings wear masks, face shields and gloves. the menu is placed on the table and they check the elements they want to order. they have a very extensive menu and they also had specials and items that are only available until 11:00. we wanted 1 item that was only available until 11:00 o'clock, but when my man mentioned on our server that the time was 11:02, she called the kitchen and they accepted the order. we had five courts and they were all excellent. some of the best dimming drums we had. they offer an additional couple of hack sticks for the table to reduce the possibility of pollution. that would be great if you gave friends. each has its own chiffel, but there is a replacement pair only for the absorption of food. the service was very polite, professional and fast. I had asked for a dinner menu, but they need to download an app to display the menu. this is regrettable because we would like to return to dinner on our experience with the dimme sum, but as we cannot see the menu, we do not know what is available and what the pricing is. they should have a few printed menus for customers who cannot access their app. the room is beautiful and it was very pleasant with dimm sum in an elegantly decorated room with the tables good for social distancing. they only take 6 or more reservations during the dimsum. there are separate entries for the entrance and exit of the restaurant. we would definitely come back for dim sum. they also want to try dinner if we could see the menu."

"Okay, this is not a fancy restaurant. But there's a reason it's busy... good food, particularly dim sum, at a decent price. You can bring your kids here and sit around a big round table and enjoy a great, interesting meal without breaking the bank. And, unlike the Neptune Seafood House at Surrey Center, they don't charge you $1.75 per person for tea or water! All the dim sum is good! Enjoy!"

"A change of ownership also brings a menu change. Ordered a dinner for six . No noodles were included in this opinion. Only one small rice was provided. Unfortunately the rice was absolutely flavourless.The portion of food provided was definitely not enough for six. We absolutely loved this restaurant for many years. Due to the poor quality and reduced portion sizes We won’t be back. Very disappointing."

"I ordered their lunch special. Their portions are super value. Compared to other fish and chip restaurants, this place offers better deals at the current price point $12.50). Their packaging was very considerately wrapped in newspaper for my order of fish and chips. The only improvement I'd make is their tartar sauce. Not sure how to improve their already good tartar sauce, but if improved I'd visit often!"
