"Went to this location on a Saturday at lunchtime. When we walked in, the door creaked quite loudly, then we had to wait for about 5 minutes behind (1) Qdoba employee, and (2) Five Guys employees who were discussing how they were going to trade their food to each other's coworkers. They didn't even acknowledge that we were standing there waiting to order. When we went to order, they were completely out of steak and other items on the bar. All of the food items on the bar looked unappetizing as well, looking old and unclean. There were 5-6 people working, but none of them clearly wanted to be there or cared about their job."
