"Spent three!!! hours there last Friday, two of which waiting for main course. Our wine was given to someone else, by mistake, with apologies and promise to deduct 50 franks. Then we asked for one portion of risotinno with truffle to share and it was...perfect, but billed twice. I checked the bill for the first time over many years and found two mistakes. I hope that was a fault of the new waiter, since it was his second day, but it is totally not acceptable for the two stars michelin restaurant."

"This restaurant has an excellent location, with a view of the alps. Service was ok, but a bit slow, might be because we did not speak swiss-german amongst ourselves. We only tried some light snacks in the yard, and did not venture inside. Worth trying out!"

"We visited this restaurant once a while. Raclette Fondue is good. This time the evening did not end as expected. Disappointing was, that a bigger group >10 people) did not follow the current covid rules e.g. did not wear face masks, did not take a seat at all and screamed around that we could not discuss topics on our table as it was too loud. We reminded our waitress the owner that currently covid rules have to be followed. They were sorry about the group’s behaviour but did not take bigger action. "It is wonderful a Saturday evening be in a just normal and original place with friend and family. These is the real Switzerland which are disappearing with all the wealthy from the Gold Coast. So close to Zurich but give you the feeling you are faraway in the mountains. You can feel how fresh is everything. There’s not mistaken in the menu. Keep in your mind is simple and enjoy it. Price is fair service was very good."

"I loved this place. My family lives in maur and I was curious to see what this place was like. I was not disappointed. All three Fondues were tastefully prepared with a very plentiful Buffet of fresh produce to choose from. Sauces were diverse and tasty. The service was attentative and friendly. They seemed to take interest in the customer which is pleasant encounter now a day's. The French Fries were lightly fried and not killed by being fried too long in oil. The rice was also very light and fresh. This place is definitely a thumbs up!!Wish this place existed in New York City!!That's where I live. Nicole"
