"Ich war am Sonntag mit meiner Frau in der Ecke Freimann unterwegs. Im vorbei Fahren haben wir den Hinweis zur Gaststätte gesehen und kurzfristig beschlossen hier zu essen. Es wurde der Schweinebraten beworben, für den wir uns auch entschieden haben. Der Service war soweit in Ordnung. Relativ schnell kam auch schon der Schweinebraten mit Krautsalat. Leider muss man dem Koch attestieren, dass das Fleisch nicht sehr geschmackvoll war. Es fehlte an fast allen Gewürzen. Zudem hätte er noch eine halbe Stunde im Rohr vertragen. Das Fleisch war definitiv noch nicht zu Ende gegart. Wahrscheinlich lag es daran, dass wir relativ früh da waren. Fazit: extrem fader Geschmack mit noch nicht zu Ende gegarten Fleisch macht einen schlechten Eindruck. Unsere Reklamation wurde von der Bedienung zwar entgegengenommen, jedoch nicht weiter beachtet. Vielleicht sollte der Chef oder die Chefin mal seinen Koch auf die Finger schauen."
