"Getting two stars because I believe they can do better, I know they have it in them. I can accept that some people have off days. Anyway. This is the worst burrito I've ever eaten. It was a shredded chicken chimichanga. When did I first encounter chicken? Well, at one point my reason for eating strayed away from hunger and became an attempt to chase away the dawning horror that there might not be any. About 2/3rds of the way in, it ambushed me. It was impressively crusty. My investigation felt like the end of Se7en. I didn't eat anymore. It never occurred to me how important organization was in a burrito until now, but it makes sense. People generally like consistency when it come's to them. Despite it being a chimichanga I think I had a total of 3? slightly crispy bites. There were an obnoxious amount of whole, soggy kidney beans, paired with mushy and lackluster rice. Keep in mind this is what I had to go through to get to the chicken(what's in the box? So, chill on the beans, and nothing wrong with the classic black or refried beans. Texture is important, maybe wrap them in tinfoil, put them in paper bags, something, to reduce sog. Marinate the chicken, and change it out more. Please."

"Food is decent. Management is shady here. Don’t recommend to others with how a situation was dealt with. Went for a birthday dinner and the table was asked if they wanted birthday shots “on the house” and how many we needed. We received the bill and each shot was $9. We asked for a manager and he was extremely rude and stated “as servers it’s their job to sell.” This is shady business. Be up front and don’t sell something as “on the house.”"

"Two bad experiences at this chipotle. they leave their online order option if the restaurant no longer online order. I waited for 30 min for an online order I had already paid for when it said it would be ready for picking up when I arrived. when I was there, there were no bowls, chips or pockets. I asked for double guac on the side and they put 2x guac in my burrito. At 20:30 a.m., the employees also said that they could not believe that they could get through the line, then we said 're closing around 9 a.m., no matter what, but not closed the door to keep the people waiting for ~30 minutes, although the workers were 't planning on the new people in the line. so note: the charging hours say they wouldn't close at 10 o'clock at 21 o'clock. I finally get the hot salsa each time. there was no quality control this time and it was completely nuclear. it was literally unpleasant to eat my burrito, who should be a bowl, but they will remember they had no bowls."

"The last few times I’ve been here there has been a long line and long wait through the drive thru mobile pickup. I figure putting an order in HOURS ahead of time would guarantee a somewhat punctual pickup time. I decided to give them another chance after waiting at the pickup window for fifteen minutes the last time I was here.. but I’m still in line and have been for the last ten minutes, none of the cars in line have budged an inch and no one has been serviced. The last time I was here like I said I waited 15 min and it took them that long just to tell me if I was waiting for an online order (yeah, why would I be at the mobile pickup window? , it would be another 30-40 min because they had a large catering order. Told me to wait or get a refund. Why did it take them that long to tell me that? Who knows. It only took a minute for her to tell me. It’s disappointing. I have worked in customer service and food service before so I understand just how stressful it gets, but communication is everything.. I’m not sure this location has figured this out yet."
