"My order is NEVER correct for pickup but it takes a long time inside to do the order and I complain every time with no changes made. I have never had such horrible service at Chipotle EVER! They just throw what they want to in the bowls and never provide any of the additional purchased items (Guac, chips, queso) such a disappointment seeing as though this is the closest one to my home. "I called the woman this morning (amal) to place a phone order and the dinge went down from there, I told her I wanted 3 cheese on flat brot, roasted, all on them except 1 sub no cheese, the woman then asked for sauce I said southwest and then hanged on me. When I arrived, I told her I wanted to ask for something else and she gave me no chance, she didn't apologize or something, I noticed that the subs did not eat the southwestern sosse I ordered, that is when the dings went sideways, she said I didn't order this? neither were they roasted, I asked for water, but she had no lid for them, they all fell into my car a chaos on my matte, I was not satisfied. I told her that the customer is always right and she went to another level, she then went on to say that customers place big records, then don’t come to pick up, “we are them right”, I said if they don’t like it, they close the load and do something else. this woman shouldn't be in customer service, it's clear she's clogged. go to another location and get the service they expect from the subway."

"Born and raised on the East side of Detroit. Now that I live in another part of the Midwest, visiting Legends Grill makes coming home even better. I always order the same thing (Chili Cheese Fries) and my order is always correct. Customer service is always pleasant and my food is always hot and well prepared. No complaints for this location except for the fact I wish they stayed open a little later than 3:00 in the afternoon. Every true Detroiter knows that every Coney Island is not made equal. Therefore, if this location is not open.... I just will not have my Coney Island fix . In addition, my partner enjoyed the Classic Burger with fries. My go-to restaurant in the Detroit area!"

"The female employee was upset at my questions about the menu and the fact that I needed mild chicken. I didn't receive any dipping sauce for the tenders.
