"This is a new Asian market in Whitehorse, Yukon. They have a vegan section in their freezer and a whole section of vegan products on the shelves. The store was well organized and had a great selection of vegan products. I picked up a package of steamed buns and dumplings. I will definitely return."

"The ananas samosas and the mango and veggie meat curry both vegan and with the server that were super friendly and the menu gave a couple of dinge vegandie not veg men in my party loved their meal and say it is the best meal still in whitehorse!"

"This morning the cargo visited, was super lazy a kerl worked alone and there were 7-8 customers. the kerl has treated it very well and cares for everyone. the hygiene was 5 out of 5 cleaning was 4 out of 5 I understand how it was fascinated and its snowtime and he worked all himself. eating was great. will be visited again."

"Had not been out for dinner in a really long time. We were in town for a couple days and finally had the opportunity to go for dinner. G&P has always been one of my favourite restaurants to go to. I ordered the halibut, which came with veggies and rice. The halibut was very over cooked and dry, the veggies had no taste as did the rice. Most disappointing meal I have every had at GP. Not sure if I will be going back. It's not cheap and when u you spend the money you expect a good dinner. The service was very good except when I requested a booth I was told they were not available. The whole time we were in the restaurant nobody occupied the booths so not sure why we were told that we couldn't have one.....felt like I was lied too."

"I am from Ontario. If you told me I had to travel 4000 kilometres to eat authentic Mexican food, I would assume you would be talking about eating in Mexico. Perhaps the last place I would expect to have an excellente Mexican meal would be in Whitehorse. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Sanchez Cantina. I was visiting a friend and they suggested this restaurant. I ordered the highest level of heat for my dish and it was increible. Often times when eating spicy food, they try to make it hot. At Sanchez Cantina, I got the heat, and the flavour. This was one of the best Mexican Meals I have eaten in my life. And I have been to Mexico...three times. The staff was exceptionally friendly and they even let us stay late."

"I've known Travis for about 20 years now. He's still probably the nicest, most stand up guys I've ever met. He puts his heart and soul into everything he does. If you want to support local quality the Travis is your man. He grew up in Marsh Lake, so I'd say he's for sure a local. : I ate there last April when I was visiting from Vancouver and it was better and more filling then anything I ever ate in Vancouver or Montreal. Darn good beer too. Stop by and say hi, everybody is super friendly and will make you feel at home."

"We went with a group of friends and ordered a variety of dishes off the extensive menu. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and all the other items were tasty. The service was prompt and friendly. There are many Asian food choices in Whitehorse but this one stands out."
