However, if you choose the menu (may be expensive) or the same to the map, the difference lies in the quantities served. I tested it in the professional setting: a bowl of rice à la carte is much more consequent than a bowl of rice included in the menu. dessert, pineapple dough : 1 single doughnut in menu, 2 in dessert à la carte.Grosso modo, the quantities in menu are divided by 2 compared to the same dish served on the map.
