"We visited a car today and were led to the Abbey Suite. it was the functional room where the tables were set up strangely, we booked our high time here almost a few eyars back, but the room was too big. that worked in... favored today, as we had a head job that we had a child and a young child in the tow. there was a lot of space around our table and it didn't feel cramped at all. the appetizers and the Carvery mains were delicious. beautiful selection of meat and delicious veg and gravy to go with it. I believe that the personal deserves a mention, as we are very attentive, but not to carry it. we didn't feel rushed, which is operated in others unfortunately too often. all in all, a very pleasant visit and I would not have reservations to return in the near future"

"Really great service and friendly staff with nice eating. I am a very picky esser and asked for some changes with my food order, not a bun with the burger for example. there was absolutely no problem with the substitutions I requested and the food was really delicious. the portions were great and sadly I had not enough space for dessert. highly recommended, I will return definitiw."

"We've had takeaways from here a couple of times before and they've been pretty good. As vegetarians it's difficult to get much variety but Tamarind have an excellent selection so tonight we tried a whole different menu- Wow! Absolutely knock out particularly the Goa green curry). Highly recommend, the best Indian takeaway we've had in this area in more than 30 years of trying. Well done you Tamarind people, we'll be back for more soon."
