"I really don't know, they are supposed to be open until 9, I went there at 8 and they were closed. No explanation or anything on the door and it was dark, not just closing early, already closed. In the middle of the week, I guess they aren't too busy, but I would expect some sort of staff, even if it is family owned.Food: 1/5"

"Really I have multiple issues with this restaurant. 1) they don't know how to roll a burrito 2) when they attempt to roll a burrito it doesn't fit in that little piece of tinfoil they use to wrap it... Not good 3) ever watch their employees switch out the meats or beans. I've been at this restaurant and watches them lift the empty container from the warming table, drip warming table water on the food as they bring it over it, place the new food in empty spot and then scoop from the meat they just dropped table water on into the next bowl in line and keep on moving... No thank you!!Get your act together, chipotle seriously! Bring back Baja fresh to Illinois!!"

"When this place first open it was really good. The last couple years I can't figure out why I try to go back there. My son wanted tacos from there because he actually likes them. He opens the container and this is what they look like. I mean there is a point of being busy and stuff happens, but this is just lazy. Here is an idea use tin foil to wrap them up so they dont end up like this. Or you could act like you care about the food your serving. You have no pride in your job when you do this."
