"This is my grandmother's favorite place and our family has been here for years, good pizza, good Italian dishes and specialties that are wonderfully diverse and rich with taste. The portions are not a joke and the prices here cannot be beaten. The wine selection is good, only good Vinos. Hospitality is A, you have to try it!"

"It is unfortunate that my recent experience with this place has declined from the last. The best part of my August 7, 2023 visit was our chef. He was very personable, and did his food preparation with skill and precision. So what went wrong? Firstly, the miso soup had a peculiar taste, almost as though the water was sitting for a while before it was used. The salad dressing lacked luster and thickness, as though it was watered down to preserve cost. What was mostly disheartening was an 18% service charge was added to the entire bill. When I called the host/manager over to question this, she had mentioned there was a sign in front that indicated the charge would be added to hibachi orders. I did not see this sign when I walked in, so it was not obviously apparent, but I felt it was nervy to provide an additional line on the bill for a tip, after the service charge was applied. Did they actually expect to double dip me on the tip? The irony was, I would have given the chef a 20% gratuity on my own, but I resented having that decision made for me. The amount I paid for this lack of quality was way too high. It 's a shame because this was once my favorite hibachi place. Using the pandemic as an excuse does not fly anymore. "Was?t satisfied with my first experience. I called a pickup for pizza. The girl on the phone had a really bad attitude, and if I asked for a big pizza (not to know this pizzeria only serves personal size that I would have been good and had ordered instead), she said?we don't have big pizzas, just personally? in a very stressed and evil tone. I couldn't stand to even order the personal pizza because it was rude. Will not call back to order here in the future."

"We were 9 people and only there for 2 hours and 10 min. when the waiter came and asked us to leave because they needed the table . They did the same to another table of four . In all my years of dinning out that was a first. In the restaurant business that is the worst thing that you can do. Also, one of my family members who could not attend the dinner called the restaurant and sent over a drink for each of us . The waitress said it was an after dinner drink on the house. That is even worse than asking us to leave . Two reasons why I will never go back to that place and will tell all of my friends ."
