"Perhaps it was because we were foreigners (albeit German speakers). but we were not welcome at all. The fish courses (char and pike perch were great, but they seemed to leave us as soon as possible. When we asked for Dessert, it was a hurry and unprepared. A promising restaurant, but please let us have some service."

"Am Kleefeld kommt die ganze Familie auf ihre Kosten. Die Fische sind ausgezeichnet zubereitet und kommen direkt aus dem eigenen Fischteich. Das Abmiente ist gemütlich und sehr stimmungsvoll. Und wenn sich die Eltern das Essen gut schmecken lassen können die Kinder am ideenreichen Spielplatz und mit den Tieren beschäftigen. Eine tolle Idee ! Wir sind zwar Pensioniste, kommen aber schon seit Jahren auf den Kleefelder und es sich von Jahr zu Jahr verbessert.Sehr empfehlenswert !"

"The food is just fine but the view & the room is magnificent... I stayed there for a night at the penthouse, the view is simply breathtaking. A great place to hide away from busy town. It's quiet, safe & peaceful. Great place for families & couples ^^so 2.5 stars for the food but 4 stars for the hotel then..."

"With the boat of St Gilgen, just as the rain stopped, so had a good look around the village before you here for lunch, as it beautifully placed next to the lake. Had a big breakfast in the Furberg, so was only after a light lunch. Ordered the French onion soup, which was good and hot and quickly served. Certainly a variation of the French onion soup, but very tasty none of the less. Couple beers are waiting for the boat. Well recommended as the menu was extensive."
