"I have been several times at the osteria, but this time, in many ways, has been much more than a disappointment. We, a table of 4, ordered 1 bottle of their Refosco from the wine list. After the wine tasting we got served, later I...noticed that the bottle had disappeared with the waiter. After the starters, the glasses were empty for quite a while and I had to ask to get the bottle back to the table, 3 times. Eventually when we were already having our main course, a new bottle arrived, with no apology or explanation, somewhat late to enjoy with the meal. When we asked for the bill three times and finally got it, at the check out we noticed that the wine bottle was billed at a higher price than on the menu, I asked for an explanation, which was not obviously clear to the counter, either. After a wait, probably the most senior staff person appeared, discussed with the staff members, and then instead of presenting his apologies, explained to us that we got served 4 glasses of wine first, and then, following to our request for the remaining of the bottle, we got served a new bottle of wine. I argued that our initial and only order was for 1 bottle of Refosco and nothing else. The stubborn reply was that we had drunk 4 glasses and one bottle therefore the bill was correct, he nervously and loudly added that we have been billed nothing more, and nothing less, than what we got served. I do not know if taking the bottle from the table is a waiter mistake, or a “procedure” for the foreign customers; it could be just a lack of attention, the conclusions shows anyway an incredible lack of manners. The osteria is definitely understaffed and poorly organized for the full house service, this shortage has definitely caused the 3 hours wait and the reiterated requests for the wine bottle and the bill. I suggest to all customers to ask to have their bottle left on the table and check carefully their bill to avoid unpleasant discussions for a few euros of the osteria’s own wine…. on a 140 euro bill, which, of course, we paid in full! The osteria showed a very poor customer attitude and service, being wrong with the order taking and delivery, not willing to solve a small problem and being incredibly slow with the service. When you are wrong just acknowledge it and present your prompt apologies without surreal explanations to justify your errors and the extra charges. They have a long way to return to the service quality that I remember, learn manners and educate the staff that the customer satisfaction comes first and is the only reason for the clients to come back, which will never happen with me/us. Neither the osteria nor the Collavini wines are in my radar anymore. Shame on you."

"The restaurant is not attractive for a first sight but the food was ok. we had pizza, great gnoci with mozzarela and tomatos and seafood plate. Fish was a bit too dry, but callamari was excelent. before we ordered we were given the small amuse bouche that was nice. at the end we got digestive Limoncello. But at the end you pay for this, on the bill there is the couvert 1,5E pro person."
