"A great deal to be desired!. This cafe is extremely overpriced! The coffee tasted like water with milk in it and and the muffin was small and underwhelming. When I complained to a cafe staff member about the coffee he argued with me that it was the best coffee in town and told me everyone likes it and waved his hand to a completely empty cafe! I said that if he expected me to pay for a small cappuccino I expected it to taste like coffee. It did not end well.<br br/>After this unexpected and unpleasant start to the morning I walked down the street to Banjos and had the most delicious apricot danish I have ever tasted and a fulsome rich cappuccino with cheerful, smiling attentive staff members who wished me a wonderful day and all for two-thirds of the price charged by the above mentioned cafe. <br br/>The first thing to do to fix the identified problems in the above mentioned cafe is to bring prices into line with everyone else. The second thing is to review the items they have on offer for value and quality. The third thing is to book staff into the local TAFE for a course on customer service and, more importantly, customer service recovery!!"

"We enjoy traditional Alsace food but even its most ardent supporters would be unlikely to describe it as light. In 9 nights at Riquewihr we visited Lottie's three times for dinner to take advantage of the lighter options that they offer here. The salads are superb as are dishes such as the paté en croute. Infact, everything we tried there that had pastry in it was excellent and we couldn't resist the desserts. The welcome was very warm and service was excellent. They also have very good wine by the glass by Domaine de la Tour Blanche. In fact, we liked the wine so much that we went to the vingeron for a wine tasting and had a fantastic time there and came away with 12 bottles. We will definitely be returning in the future"
