"Back in Wales on a visit I had plaice, rissole and chips. The best fish I've had for years. Not only was it big and thick but the breadcrumb covering was crunchy! The corned beef rissole was just as I remember from my childhood in Wales. Oh and wisely I bought the child's portion of chips. Total cost £7. Staggeringly good!! Everyone I spoke to on my vist to Llanelli told me that is where they went which explained the queues on 1 night!"

"Really disappointed with this. visited about 6 pm on Saturday evening , bought cod bites sausages and three large chips for family. Order was taken OK and server was polite. Was asked to sit down and wait for oder, no problem there. after about 5 minutes was handed order. Went home. On opening packets of chips was sad to see they were dried out and several different shades of orange. they had obviously been cooked some time before , maybe even lunchtime and left in the warming tray where they had dried out and gone hard. they tasted even worse than they looked with a background odour of gone off fat. I picked at a few but you had to be careful not to break a tooth! I would also suspect that a poor quality potato was used with too much sugar in it. Cod bites were lukewarm with soggy batter and watery mush of fish, again would suspect cheap ingredients. We ended up throwing most of the meal in the bin! Gives me no pleasure in writing this bad revue, I had a chip shop for over 6 years and know what I am talking about. Wont be going there again!!"

"Visited with my grandson and sister for Sunday lunch absolutely delicious. My sister has been telling me about it for months ......I can see why now .100% will be going again with the rest of my family .I am a head chef myself I know how hard both front and back of house have to work well done guys ...especially Kaylie foh for such excellent service .keep up the good work"
