"Michaela our server was fabulous and did her best to cover for the underwhelming performance of the kitchen. The food took an inordinate amount of time and even our server said she could not explain why but the kitchen was having some delay issues. Finally my dinner was served but they forgot the bruschetta for my wife. The runner asked the kitchen about it about the same time our server asked us if the bruschetta had come out. I heard her ask the kitchen if it was ready and she was told no and her response was your kidding me! A few minutes later the bruschetta came out. My wife tasted the bruschetta and said to me that it was not very good and tasted burnt. She tried to explain that to a manager, who was unaware of the issues, and asked how dinner was. My wife said FAIR and then tried to explain to the manager that it tasted burnt. Instead of apologizing, the manage made it a point to prove my wife wrong instead of apologizing and asking if she could offer her something else or even a complimentary desert for our experience. Instead, the manager made a bit of what I felt, a snarky comment along the lines of ...well I guess we will just throw it out. She didn 't even offer to comp the bruschetta. My meal was good but not that I would rave about, however, I would rave about Michaela. If we could give a star for treatment from management it would be zero. Won 't go back."
