"For a restaurant chain that prides itself on providing the same service everywhere something has gone terribly wrong here.I have a teenage son so have to suffer going here and nearly every time they are out of stock or forget to put items in the...order. On top of that the food has been inedible sometimes (dry and hard). I have even sent a message of complain to the head office as staff wear their hair all over the place with street clothes (dirty) on all over the place. Their response was to take 'wear hairnets ' sign down!"

I asked multiple times for more of things but started to feel bad as the girl serving me seemed like she was training still but no one corrected her. I eat there most weeks and have never had this problem. It’s not worth paying $14 for just corn chips."
