"Have already eaten a few times before kovid in don, so this was the first visit in a dae, and unfortunately a very disappointing. I called the table mid week for Saturday booked (their main number no one answered to many attempts and...Rings from an EE mobile responder, second number answered on second attempt). When we arrived, I greeted the one I think the manager who seemed very unwilling to come in. I really felt that we didn't want to, he never asked if I had booked for our party of eight. the table was not ready or prepared and the restaurant had only some tables in the insert, but was busy with takeaways. he pushed some tables together and literally threw something extra cute on the table with a crash when he began to set it up. at this point, I felt like going out. because the tables felt very tight, we pushed them apart a few centimeters to give a little more arc space. after a past they offered us poppadome all the time that seemed very uninterested. he asked how many pro table and they served a side bit we waited what arrived like 5-10 minutes before the second plate on the other side of the table. no excuse. it then took 15 minutes before they took our order, and I had to convince some of our group to stay and not go. it appeared certainly the priority in the restaurant was for more outlier and it seemed very chaotic. the food should be a bit average, and a few dishes took a while to come. positive came from those of our party who had the Don Special King prawn and the Shark court. kartoffeln in the bombay aloo a little over boiled. then it took age to get our bill and pay, and the service felt so poor that this was the first time in a long time I felt exhausted enough to not leave a tip. I would leave a star, but some of the food was enjoyed so that two give. I won't be back, but I don't think the owners will take care."

"We have eaten here a couple of times recently and have to say, it was a very pleasurable experience. The staff are very friendly and the food was amazing. "Been in the Welwyn Garden City shop twice this week. There are the same leaves and cobwebs in the corners of the shop, and under the display stand that the doughnuts go on, these were there on Monday, and still there on Friday. The shop is filthy, don't Greggs know how to use a broom, mop and bucket. The shop is filthy, don't they have area managers enforcing standards.
