"This is my regular chip shop, and it's the best in this area of Brum. Even though others are closer to me, I will go to this one.The service is good, and the food is of good quality. It's usually quite busy around 5-7pm, so...the food is never left around to get stale."

"Penny's is a great little local chippy with very reasonable prices. They've recently started offering a kid's menu, which is a little cheaper with slightly smaller portions; I actually find their usual portions far too generous, so this is a nice option. One of their...specialities is battered or orange chips, which are available at all times. Their opening hours are very convenient, and the staff have always been very friendly and polite. Some items do come in polystyrene containers, which can make chips sweat. This is normally only the smaller portions. They do also use proper chip shop vinegar (non-brewed condiment) in all its addictiveness. A nice little local chippy."
