"I order from here all the time and barely have an issues, well, tonight I have a problem. I requested certain toppings on my pizza:Black olivesFresh spinachGreen peppersOnionsPepperoniPineappleAs you can see, there is NO black olives, hardly any onions and bellpeppers (like 2-3) , spinach is like 2-3 pieces. So, I called and told them I was missing toppings. The man on the phone didn’t say his name, he asked for the delivery address, gave him the address, he goes and I quote “ what’s wrong with it, I cut that pizza?” Told him what was wrong with it, he huffed and puffed and said “ I’ll get another one out to you.” I was nice about it and all and I said to him “okay thank you. “ He then goes “ yup. “ and hangs up in my face.I am not the type to leave reviews about places, but don’t take it out on your customers and their food that they paid for just because you are having a rough night. Leave all your personal problems at the door of work."

"The first time here I ordered the Apollo Dipper with ham and turkey xtra ham the sandwich was delicious, the chips are great. The young lady at the bar that took my order was very nice. Plan to try pastrami and corn beef sandwiches.."

"I have been a regular at craft and vine for the past 4 years! It is one of my favorite restaurants downtown so I am disappointed that it has taken me this long to write a review. I will say that they went all out this Christmas as far as decorations go. They completely transformed the inside of the restaurant which makes the experience even better. I love how they do themes on a regular (thanksgiving, Halloween, campfire, Latin etc. . This weekend my girlfriends and I stopped by right at 1700 to celebrate a birthday and we were lucky enough to get a table rather quickly. We did have to put our name on the waitlist right at 5 and be outside the restaurant in order to make sure we got a table as it seems this place is pretty busy now a days. When we showed up around 1650 there was already about 10-15 people in line so keep that in mind for planning purposes and I highly recommend that once 1700 hits that you also put your name on waitlist (powered by OpenTable as that’s also another tool they go by. The burrata pesto pizza is one of my favorites (you really can’t go wrong with any of their pizzas . We also had the cauliflower popcorn, scallops and smoked Salomon roulettes amongst many more. We were there during happy hour (runs 1700-1830 so got great deals on some of their cocktails. Will definitely continue enjoying this amazing tapas style restaurant. Love the staff and the ambiance."
