"Great experience, ambience food! Wanted to take the family from the state to try tex-mex food, and that was absolutely the right place. The place was beautiful and modern and has a cute terrace perfect for a autumn night. Your hours vary by day, so make sure to check online before you go. We went the day before Thanksgiving, expected a long wait, but we just had to wait for a few minutes. Directly away you are greeted with huge baskets of tortilla chips / totadas / totopos and an amazing tasting salsa. The salsa was not sharp at all and I would say it is child-friendly. The menu was simple, but had a variety to choose from meat to seafood it had something for everyone. Most plates come with beans and Spanish rice. I finished the order from the Appetizer menu, which was more than enough for a person. I'll say... This is not an authentic Mexican food that is this refined Tex-Mex food, so please note that most of your foods are anglicized. The servers and waiters went beyond and beyond to accompany us all, although it was later the day. I really appreciated the service and the great attitude of all those involved. Make yourself a favor and try this place the next time you have family over or need a date night"

"Roux welcome my husband and our young boys pleasantly with a high chair but that is the extent of the “family friendly” nature. We ordered plain fries (clearly from frozen) and $29 pasta for them as there isn’t a kids menu. My Coke was flat. The food was simple and overpriced. The patio is really nice and inviting and the service was friendly though slow. The scallops were nicely done and the French onion soup was decadent. Definitely some hits and misses."

"This corner Mexican cuisine is definitely raised and with the creation of a welcoming ambience. Located at the end of the city on foot from several hotels, it was a simple choice, especially after a local resident called homemade Papusas. So we cancelled a visit. Menu prices were somewhat steep, but the taste effect made the blow softer. We talked to one of the owners, they are 2 brothers who seem successful catering for the community and offer a specialty for all visitors. At the bar were regularly present, and many locals who told stories about what they love on the menu. My wife ordered the Coyotito chicken salad, which exploded with taste pairings and contained a perfectly constructed Quesadilla as Crouton. I ordered the two Papusas, which just looked out, but packed a stamp, an amazing combination of taste with the cabbage salad and tomato sauce. Let us not forget the bar selections, they have a variety of tequilas that can be ordered individually, a la margarita, or flights. We had a house margarita and a premium with cartridge. They have their homemade sweet and sour mix, but it was a miss for us, it tasted to water. All in all, we would return for more toughness, I hope they remain successful."

"Ordered her chicken dish for the takeout and it was really delicious. For the first time since COVID personally this weekend. Beautiful seating inside and outside. Service was friendly. We ordered to share the lamb, a special one, and it was absolutely delicious. We look forward to our next visit to Roux in Karmeltal."
