"I made a mistake with the previous review so this is an update to reflect the adjusted conversion (TRY EUR). It was not €300, but €150 for a meal with 2 appetizers, 2 glasses of wine, and a very sub par main dish. Still ridiculously expensive if you compare the dining options available in the city, let alone most other capitals in Europe. A true ripoff. The rule here is like everywhere else in Istanbul: make sure you ask the price before ordering. Unfortunately we made the mistake of arriving hungry and assuming that local fish (Black Sea Turbot) would be somewhat reasonably priced, after all you can look out to the sea from the terrace. Instead we found out it was almost €100/kg and the kilogram we received was the one with all of the bones. Just a sad dish all around. Maybe go for the view and an appetizer, but don't expect to get your money's worth for a full dinner, even if the service does come with a smile."
