"The plan was to have breakfast at 808 Grindz Cafe, where a lot of locals go, but we ended up at Tealicious. I had the purple tea, the yoghurt parfait with muesli, chopped fruit and honey, and a lemon cream cheese pastry. Dave had chia seed with muesli, chopped fruit and honey and the Portuguese Tart. All items were taste and tongue pleasing. I also got to hear one of the coo-coo clocks sound out 10am and got some ideas on things to do in the area from the community bulletinboard."

"Dang Ma Shi Ta what happened to your food?!? Spicy pork was so salty today I couldn't eat it. The pork slices were a lot thicker this time too so kind of chewey. French fries in the spicy pork? What was that all about. Spicy crab side was tasty but the Kim chee was too vinegary. Service still great but I am kind of bummed things went down hill so much."

"Honu's is located at the top of the pier on the beach at King Kamehameha's Hotel Courtyard Marriott. Great view, 3 hours of park validation from the restaurant. I had the Wild Seared Ahi with a Maki roll for my entree and it was delicious. Also very big. $28. The Wedge Salat was huge $10) with a feta dressing and an avocado made tempoura style that, although not listed that I was on a diet) was a delicious surprise. Children's meals are crazy cheap for better dining range of $4 6. My children had made the house pasta and it smells really good. We tried the lava cake at dessert and it was also good. Service was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back."

"I love this place. During our stay in Kailua-Kona we ate there three times! Everything on the brunch menu is delicious! We had the pull pork po boy, pancakes, poi bread French toast, loco moco, and so many other things off the menu! It was so good! While we were waiting for our food we enjoyed the scenic waves at our table and walked around the beach! You must come here if you're in town!"
