"ランチを褒める声多く、楽しみに行ってみた。 日本の小料理屋さんの雰囲気が素敵、調理人も日本食を学んだ雰囲気あり。 1000円だと、お店が苦労して、安い食材を工夫しなんとか辻褄を合わせることが多い。なので満足できないことが多い。 次のランクを頼みたいが、ランチメニューのくくりが1000円の次が2000円。味を知らない店でランチ2000円台を躊躇し、やはり1000円をいただいた。 その時は金曜で、もう終了したという材料もあり（カレイ）、チキンのカツレツのメニューしかないとのことだった。 私たちは開店早々の１番客で、いただいたフライは衣が薄い板のようになり、カチカチになって揚がっていた。 観察と大いなる想像の結果、前日の仕込みの残ったものと思えるほど、衣が馴染んでしまい、それでカチカチになったと思えた。 後から来た隣の方が同じメニューを選んでいたのだけど、何故かメインの形が違ったことも、上の結論に至った理由。 今回のメインは美味しいとは言えなかった。付け合わせはよかった。 でも、磨かれた美しい天ぷらの鍋に黄金色に光ってている油や、調理場の様子をみると責める気にはならず、やはり、低価格でランチを作らなければならない苦労を感じてしまった。 日本食で1000円だから、しかたない。 違う時に行ったら、違う結果を得ることがあるかもしれない。（2.5を四捨五入で３にしておく）"
