"The music was so loud that I thought I was in a club instead of in a restaurant. The staff instructed us to use the QR code for the menu and then we know the prices were changed. And when the QR code didn't work, we were handed over a menu and told the same thing. When we asked what in a drink or what we wanted to order the staff, there was no idea. Needless to say, we went without order and went to the Valencia site."

"It was my first time here, and my last one. I will never come back. Service and sushi were good, but prices were not. It wasn’t about the actual prices. They had one prices on the menu and when I asked for a check, they brought a check with higher prices on every item I ordered even a beer. This is the first time ever happened to me. I didn’t mind paying those prices on check but this is not okay. This should not be happening. It’s scamming! I called up a waitress and just normally asked if she was aware of the difference. She was so so rudy. She said that the prices on a check were included a small fee for a credit card transaction. I was way more confused at this point. How did she know that I’ll be paying with the credit card if she just gave me a check? Was she assuming I was paying with the card or she was just automatically added more so she can charge more? I asked her this question and her answer was priceless she said that she doesn’t know, she just works there. Great! I asked if a manager was around. She answered super rudy that no, manager will be back on Monday. Well, I’m not coming back on Monday, or ever again."

"Culichi Town Sylmar- Very disappointed in the quality of their service and food. I've returned multiple times thinking the next time my experience will be better and it has not. The last 3 times I've gone to this place I've ordered camarones en bolsa WITH sausage and they have not put sausage but they have charged me the $3.75 for it. The last time I ordered camarones en bolsa with sausage there was no sausage per usual but they added a piece of unwanted corn, thanks but no thanks and on top of that the shrimp tasted and smelled bitter. I don't think it's right that I have to drive from my home back to the location 25 min away) to return spoiled food. This did it for me to never return to this place ever again. Those shrimp should've never left the kitchen just like the sausage I asked for. This is just one of many occasions that they don't add the items to my order that they're supposed to but one thing they wont forget is to charge for them. Having better service is something that needs to be considered here."
