"Really great pub. All of their beers are from Samuel Smith brand and they are delicious, especially the stout. Great staff and atmosphere. I had fish and chips, it was quite alright, the fish was amazing but the fries were a bit disappointing. It's hard to find home-made fries in England I guess. Overall I had a great time there!"

"Tucked in a little way from the central bustle of Oxford High Street this little cafe with an old fire station frontage was a very pleasant find. We were generally impressed and visited twice for a light lunch. I would have given it 5 Stars but on the second day the cafe was suddenly quite busy and I suspect our sandwiches were sitting on the hot counter for a minute or two longer than they should have been and the bread was subsequently a little dry."

"Heard is one of the best French restaurants in the city. we reserved for dinner and the restaurant was packed until then. we were served with bread and butter. they were really delicious. I ordered 2 courses meal, escape and main course both were vegetarian. the entree was roasted with balsamic dressing on bakery stuff. it was nice and I had these three drill curry with cousin. the taste was just ok, but the part was big."

"This place is completely overwhelming – I had three different people telling me that it was buying one getting the second half price. I just want to buy one thanks – I feel like I'm being punished. and tofu selections are better in the big sainsbury’s or the Asian supermarkets, which is a scandal. so many things are on special offer it feels like it is a conus. very American, dated branding, frustrating."

"Having gone to Mowgli oxford on a previous occasion i was eager to show my friend and her children the brilliance we experienced. Having said this; disappointing doesn’t cover the service and food we experienced. First impressions in any restaurant is key to a fine dining experience for any customer on arrival to Mowgli we didn’t have any form of greeting by the 2 waitresses that where stood by the front door, not even a smile. We wasn’t asked if we wanted a table and how many for, when asking for a table of 5 (2 being children) we where placed on a 4 person table cramped and uncomfortable even though the restaurant was on the verge of empty. Having placed our orders we where given one main course before the rest, waiting for the rest of the order the main dish already served was cold, the rice..undercooked and the childrens butter chicken was spicy for a 5 year old child it wasn’t mild in the slightest. The house chicken curry was described as ‘Tame’ it came with 4 red chillies and was also…spicy. The Bill was fairly priced also the service charge was added on which was optional, when disclosing we wasn’t paying the charge the server we had became rude, was chewing gum and didn’t even bother asking why we was de-satisfied with the service provided. Appalling if I’m completely honest, chewing gum and serving customers is unprofessional and rude. We will never, ever be coming here again and would not recommend. By all means go and gain your own opinion, but go with caution."

"This is not really dedicated to 순. I'm afraid non-Korean people believe this as Korean food. At least it needs more vegetables. There were only 1/4 pieces of a layer of an onion. It tastes like just Korean instant cream paste. Since I only had from here, I have no idea about other menus. Maybe the other food would be better. (I hope so... But after 5 days experience in Oxford, now I know that this restaurant offers quite good food with very reasonable price and beautiful service. If there is someone who wants Korean food here, I recommend Bibimbab instead of soup."
