"We had a fantastic Sunday lunch in the midst of the Hunter floods, so a special thankyou to the terrific staff. The food was incredible we especially liked the sautéed chorizo w manchego, jammon serrano caramelized onion accompanied by a delicious glass of sangria. We'll be back and plan to try the chef's selection plate next visit. Thanks and well done !!!"

"OMG! Was presented as fine restaurant but nothing is home made, it is just food coming from supermarkets. But prices are similar to fine restaurant, this is the only fact making you think you may be dining in a restaurant. Owner did not make us...pay and offer us a free bottle of nice wine. So it is nice and rare to see people admitting that their service is not at expected level and making their best to satisfy their customers. They could do something much better as potential is real."

"Man and I never had a bad meal here, and last night was not taken. I had the crispy scarlet and nakedy had Greek salate with huh. both delicious. yes, the decor is fundamental in comparison to some local pubs, the...re-vamp, but it is very clean, there is a spacious sitting area outdoors, the staff is always friendly and above all, it is good price. the parking lot is good from the back (in one phase they had problems with hospital visitors who grab the rooms but that was fixed). I have been in recent times in other pubs around maitland, which are too full for comfort in these times and there are noisy children walking around everywhere. this is a great place for a good meal and their trivia nights are good fun very recommended."

"Seraphine is our local, and we love its atmosphere. The food is consistently good, and even though they freak us out occasionally by changing the menu, we always find a new favourite to order. Yes they get busy, yes you sometimes have to wait for your food, and yes lately we've had trouble getting a table, but it's worth it, because a cafe of this quality in Maitland is a rarity! We love you Seraphine, please don't ever change your chai tea blend pretty please bring back the avo super smash)"

"This place is cheap but even so, not worth it . My food was just about inedible . Chinese food in Australia has come a long way since the 1970’s but this place has not . Everything was over cooked greasy and the sauces were...very chemically . Very poor quality food ."

"I ate the most delicious scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on Turkish here a couple of weeks ago, they were absolutely scrumptious! The venue isn't fancy but I can honestly tell you the love wait staff are very friendly and helpful. you may sit indoors or you can do Alfresco if you wish."
