"Family dinner. Lovely view of the bridge and river. Welcoming service. Most tables are the riverside naturally, at first we thought it looked quite empty from the street side. Food was very good: fish trio, crab salad, smoked salmon and prawn curry. Desserts were great too. Would recommend. If new to Boscastle, lovely town to visit. Service: 5 Location: 5"

"This place is the worst cafe I’ve come across in a long time. The vegan food is awful and standards as low as they can get! The owner Natalie Cummins Boscastle is apparently quite famous(google). I will never ever return to this cafe and for Gods sake do not take your children there. Updated from previous review on 2019-07-13"

"Really lovely little cafe with very friendly staff. There were a couple of vegan options on the menu. The butternut squash soup with homemade bread so delicious. There was also a vegan cake option if you fancy just a sweet treat."

"Arrived just after opening as a walk in 5:35. Drink order taken quickly but quite a wait for food order. Ordered sea bass of the day and sea bass with gnocchi. Waited nearly 30 minutes. Food arrived I said I was gnocchi and plate handed to me. It was on fact salmon w ith crushed potatoes. Order was correct but kitchen got it wrong. There had been a big order of nearly 20 with ours. They apologised offered to make new dish or I could keep salmon. Due to wait time, I opted to keep it. They offered complimentary drinks, we'd only had two half pints so not much discount. The salmon and sauce was tasty but the crushed potatoes were Luke warm, couldn't be bothered to say anything just wanted to finish and go. The bass was great. Dog friendly although just before we finished a little dog came in barking at ours who had Lau beneath our feet for more than an hour. Price £45 for both mains Price per person: £20–30"
