"We stayed at the Baroque Suite just before mid-August 2022. Here is my review: The photos are misleading. The rooms we had seen in the photos on the website are not even remotely! Representative of the room we stayed in ... Let 's say that, in my opinion, the name should be changed from “Baroque Suite” to “Baroque Pension”. When I entered the bathroom I found hair in the shower tray, dirt inside the bidet, the washbasin was not perfectly clean and the floor was dirty I attach photos . I immediately pointed this out to Silvia the person who greeted us who assured us that she would call the cleaning staff. After about an hour, my bathroom was still dirty and therefore unusable by us despite the many kilometers sustained and the tiredness to get to Noto . After about an hour, following my second request to demand a clean bathroom, a cleaning person shows up who justifies himself by saying that the earth had entered through the window far from the bidet falling according to laws that do not follow the official Science only on the bidet. Flying over the parabolic and imaginative justifications of the staff, I acknowledge that after checking in I stayed an hour still without being able to use my bathroom without being able to take a walk feeling the need to use the bathroom and take a shower given the summer heat wave and our long journey to get there . I also add that the toilet drain is not fully functional and the toilet lock does not work. The breakfast to be completely reviewed: coffee of very poor quality rancid and burnt the rest bread cunsato with only oil and croissants very sad with poor choice and poor quality. Despite my remarks, I recognize that Silvia was a polite and very kind person and the location is perfect for visiting Noto. I ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND this property. Price too exaggeratedly! Original Siamo stati presso la Suite Barocca poco prima di ferragosto 2022. Ecco la mia recensione: Le foto sono INGANNEVOLI. Le stanze che avevamo visto in foto sul sito non sono neanche lontanamente! rappresentative rispetto alla stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato… Diciamo che andrebbe, a mio parere, cambiato il nome da “Suite Barocca” a “Pensione Barocca”. Entrato in bagno ho trovato peli nel piatto doccia, terra dentro al bidet, il lavabo non perfettamente pulito e il pavimento sporco allego foto . Ho fatto presente subito la cosa a Silvia la persona che ci ha accolti la quale ci ha assicurato che avrebbe chiamato il personale delle pulizie. Dopo circa un’ora il mio bagno era ancora sporco ergo inutilizzabile da noi nonostante i tantissimi Km sostenuti e la stanchezza per arrivare a Noto . Dopo un’oretta, a seguito della mia seconda richiesta di pretendere un bagno pulito, si presenta una persona delle pulizie che si giustifica dicendo che la terra era entrata dalla finestra distante dal bidet cadendo secondo leggi che non seguono la Scienza ufficiale solo sul bidet. Sorvolando alle paraboliche e fantasiose giustificazioni dello staff, prendo atto che dopo aver fatto il check-in sono rimasto un’ora fermo senza poter utilizzare il mio bagno privo di poter fare una passeggiata sentendo la necessità di usare il bagno e fare una doccia data la canicola estiva e il nostro lungo viaggio per arrivare . Aggiungo pure che lo scarico del WC non è perfettamente funzionate e la serratura del WC non funziona. La colazione da rivedere completamente: caffè di scarsissima qualità rancido e bruciato il resto pane “cunsato” con solo olio e cornetti molto triste con scarsa scelta e scarsa qualità. Nonostante i miei rilievi riconosco che Silvia è stata una persona educata e gentilissima e la posizione è perfetta per visitare Noto. SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE questa struttura. Prezzo troppo esageratamente! alto per il servizio offerto all’interno di una gestione poco professionale con poca attenzione verso gli ospiti che vengono ricevuti nel b b."
