"Usually I'm Anti-Mcdonalds bc the workers would rather be somewhere else and especially at the McKnight one, but tonight my daughter and I had dinner there. We were waited on by a worker named Ashley. My 5 yr old had gotten a coupon book from her grandparents for free a cone. Ashley made sure that my daughter had the best cone she could make. She drizzled a little hot fudge on it but pretended like it was her and my daughter's little secret. Ashley made my daughter's entire evening by putting her first and making my daughter feel like that ice cream cone was the end all be all. These reviews usually bash the workers, but Ashley went above and beyond what was needed for a freebie from McDonalds."

"The food was good, the service could have been better. our server let us hurl, although she had only one other table, who had not been able to sit long after the meal. they must have thought that in the 60 seconds they took our drinks that we had looked over the menu and decided what we wanted. After we had hired our food order, we saw why she rushed us, she wanted to have social time with the others. the only time we saw her was to refill our drinks, take our dessert order and take our sack. two different servers brought out our app and meal times. which most appalled me, observed a server with a box in register that printed a quitting and a brush to cleanse his face hair. the manager must check the cameras if they don't believe me. he should have gone to the bathroom to do that. what if some of his face hairs have fancy and go into the container? we will never return to this place again."

"Chelsea is a TOP NOTCH server. Engaging, funny, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the menu (a member of our party has some very specific food allergies and Chelsea was able to run down ingredients of all the menu items from memory). The breadth of the menu is impressive. Obviously primarily burgers, but SO many options including 5 or 6 different meats, a couple vegan options, something like 10 different cheeses, and more veggie and sauce toppings than you could ever work through. The sea salt rosemary fries were amazing (we got 2 baskets for the table of 6 as an appetizer) and the site made chips that come with the burgers are great as well. Sadly we were only in town for a family event and won't be able to return anytime soon, but this place is definitely on our list to hit when we are in Pittsburgh next!"
