"I came to NS for work and wanted to go home some fish for my eastern mother. While I stayed in Cape Breton, I asked several locals the best place for some local fish and was quite unanimously directed at Gillis' Shop. Not only was the lady incredibly friendly, but went out of her way to offer advice and ice packs to keep my purchased catch as fresh as possible for people at home. Will definitely return to the island and Gillis'! Ps. Fish was delicious and a big hit home."

"Excellent food and atmosphere. The dining room is fairly formal but the bar/pub area is very nice. Looks like they have a nice patio that would be good in nice weather. Food is excellent, beer selection is very good with Pikes Peak beer (local brewery). Have been here several times and intend to go back."

"Bad Management. Your In the Moo manager has decided to take up residence in the Handicap parking spot out front. Not a pleasant women (Janelle I think). She is not handicapped. Heard employees complaining about not getting paid for three months. Way to go In the Moo. Difficult times and you are keeping kids wages. Restaurant seemed OK but who knows what is going on behind the ice cream display with a bunch of disgruntled kids. As soon as I heard the girl talk about not getting paid I did a quick search through my ice cream for mouse crap...just in case. Proceed with caution."

"I came in today and was greeted with great hospitality! I love hot dogs, i grabed a Dex's dog and saw that they had baked goods as well! I got this take n bake chicken pot pie wich was the bomb!"

"Delicious place first time here at Pho Brothers II and it was so pleasant and nice as well as friendly and attentive. We had the Spring Rolls (Shrimp and Beef) and the Dac Biet Pho and Ga Pho which were Delicious. ???????????????????????????????? We'll Definitely be back."

"Pad Thai is so good... Honestly, it's the best I had.... Always... My Hubby had beef teriyaki and wouldn't stop how great it was. Children got sushi and ate every single piece. Just try and see it yourself!"
