"They NEVER have rice ready. The staff seems lost at times. One employee went to the bathroom and barely even washed his hands when he came out. It takes like 45 minutes to even get the food made even though there were literally 5 employees there working. The order took so long I ended up leaving without my food or my money back. $20 bucks gone. I emailed Chipotle with no response as of yet regarding my concerns. Wow, this location is so dysfunctional it should be closed so the crew can be retrained. Just look at the other reviews all complaining about the food and service time.Update: they refunded my money so that's definitely a plus."

"Honestly the drinks taste watered down. There is n't happy hour on Fridays. The best thing popping is the fajitas could use a little bit more seasoning but overall it's okay. FYI I had a problem with a chicken wing but they did fix it and gave me two more."
