Already during the booking and prediscussion of the menu with the ambitious Chef Graf von Hertzberg, we felt the love for the profession and the passion for preparing delicious food from regional, untreated and carefully selected regional products. The menu proposed by him even exceeds our expectations! The dishes were very appealing from the appetizer to the first-class dessert, excellently presented and left nothing to wish tasteful. The service staff, including the boss Frau Schneidewind, always inconspicuously attentive and accommodating, kindly fulfilled any desire of the guests; the boss even liked a lot of time when the desired group photos were displayed in the garden. Back to all the guests of our family celebration the pleasant memory of a not only tastefully pleasant stay in the cozy atmosphere of your place. This is how demanding gastronomy goes!
