"I wish i could choose no stars at all. The food is at best ok but more often than not its subpar. The staff is really slow and unpleasant and it seem they could really use some training in how you act towards costumers, we saw several horrible responses towards diffrent cosumers just on the visit today. On the visit today i got a horribly burned hamburger that i couldn´t even finish. The onion rings we ordered was burned aswell . When making the staff aware of this they took such a long time to give us something in return, infact it took such a long time that we gave up and left. I will never return to this BK and i enjoy BK:s burgers from other places but this is horrible."

Ordered from children's menu, received from normal but without any explanation, on the other hand a receipt with the normal price with the answer to the question that they had no children's menu.
