"The chips are average, somewhat oily nothing special, but the burger is simply revolting. I don't know what or where they get their beef papers, but they're disgusting! it doesn't even taste like bark; it tastes just as processed and dry! the size of the patty is half (yes half) the size of the actual bungalows! I'm sorry for the hard review, but we gave this place a few drinks as it is local, but the burgers are only consistent the worst I've ever eaten. customer service is good; they are friendly."

"I came here 2 months ago just to try it out. I knew the ownership changed ages ago and was dissapointed with the change. The flake was half thickness and the chips were super soggy and half cooked. The batter has doubled in thickness and the ingredients have diminished. Typically a cost cutting exercise."
