"Terrible service and only 1 server. There were several tables. We came in and no one sat or addressed/ welcomed us. No smile, no Hellos. We asked the bartender if we sat down, he said yes. After 20 minutes no one waited to get an order. On the far side of the restaurant is a grill, so we thought we should go to the grill itself and order - but the man Grill said no, someone should take our order. We flew the 1 man down, and I said we're here near 30 minutes, you can take our order. Finally he came by and we ordered 3 burgers with frits. But of course, to get drinks, water-anything was always a 20-minute procedure! It's hard to enjoy your food when you have to get up constantly, or your children get up and find the waiter!! Bartender was just rude. Here's the sad part... the burgers were AMAZING! But for the bad SLOW service and IGNORED, I will not return!! I have many American dollars and will spend them elsewhere - maybe in Callejon over the street!!! I was in Westin from 4-19 thru 4-23. All reception and administration as well as the Cascada staff must be retrained in the manner of customer service! A. Texeira"

"The servers acted afraid of serving Americans. Real timid. Most servers around PV are outgoing and will try some English especial if one tries a little Spanish. We had shrimp fajitas and Shrimp "Monia" We were surprised that the dishes were a little blah, we expected more local spices. Normally I expect to see the fajitas in a spicy sauce and served very hot. None of the typical spicy sauce and not very hot, The Monia was shrimp wrapped with bacon and cheese. Rice was very good and the vegetables were also just right - al dente."
