"This restaurant just opened 6 months ago. Ondine, the friendly bi-lingual owner will take good care of you. The decor is Mexican kitsch—very bright, fun, and cheerful and with a good view. Their specialities are pozole and mariscos. We had the garlic shrimp which was fantastic. And for dessert, their flan with brandy sauce was amazing. What a find!"
